Use f150 coils and go to autozone and get drop shackles, youll get about 2-3" of lift... you WILL need an alignment. Check tech library has all your information you need

What about if I buy a rough country lift with aal and shackles, would I be able to jump the truck? I also might get a 2-3in body lift

Dont beat yourself up if you bend up all your suspension brackets. That $400 kit is worthless IMO if you're jumping the truck....

Would should i do to the truck then? its a 92 ford ranger xlt 2.3 i dont have much money so i cant get skyjacker what would be a nice lift?

First off, what are your plans for it? Rwd or 4x4?

2wd probably not jumping it now :/ but when i have more money i will do coils plus fox shocks but for now lifting and just offroading mostly bumps and stuff

rwd

You'd benefit from just a standard kit for now. There are plenty of kits out there for Rwd applications. They're cheap, but will work for the time being so you can save up for a better kit.

Alright i plan on making it a prerunner but ill go with a small kit and work up :) hope to start my truck i purchased it for 795 and am happy with it ^.^

Wow, man. Just look at the help you've gotten in such a short time just by posting in the proper section!

Like they say in business, "it pays to advertise."

just so u know, to jump ur truck it doesnt take a lift it takes a long travel suspension system if u dont wanna break stuff and then u still run the risk of breaking stuff. i have friend doing it to his truck right now and he is right around 1500 in his build and not done

Wow jeez i might just go with the rough country lift with belltech shackles and save up for some long travel and fox 2.5 shocks but for now ima try to get lockers after my lift

but for now lifting and just offroading mostly bumps and stuff

from what i've heard the stock suspension set up is pretty good at going over bumps and stuff hahahahaha

:icon_rofl:

hahaha not that kind of stuff i want to make it a nice truck lifted and everything then move to a nice prerunner :3
