i would join you for the fordyce trail. it mite by a little to much for the truck. i took my sliders off and no locker I'v heard that its a pretty rough trail. I made it through the Rubicon with sliders and no locker but i'm not sure if i want to work the truck that hard.

oh and I have the banner who wants it?! the bay area guy said he wanted to pick it up...

Fordyce is a bit much for my truck.....it was brutal three weekends ago in fully built up jeeps (lockers, sliders, 37's, full hydro ect ect).

I can relate. I only have a rear locker, and my sliders are sitting in the yard rusted and looking sad...

I'v got a trip planned for Veterans day weekend, well actually it was planned for a month ago, you know late summer, but it kept getting pushed back till now, mid fall, when it's ****ing cold. I ****ing hate being cold. Hell Hole and part of the Rubicon (Wentworth to Loon). Anyone who wants to freeze their ass off for a few days are welcome to join us. If you don't have 24"+ of ground clearance you're going to want sliders, unless you just don't give a **** about your rockers.

actually we want to do the eagle lakes side, there is more to play around on, i am just body lifted on 33s, i dont have much for ground clearence, anyone with 4x4 should do ok, and we have pull straps. we wanted to go camping, but snow sounds like bad news lol we will see what happens, i am thinking its gonna be a saturday thing.

Finally getting a weekend off on the 12-13th.
Thinking about going up to Loon and working with the group from RTF and FOTR, harvesting white flowers and cleaning up the trail a bit before winter sets in up there.
Wanted to do it last year, but couldnt get away.

I'm gonna stay home and work on things that prepare me for wheeling. Good excuse huh?

Need to wire up my new solenoid for my winch, put some new TRE's on, rotate the tires, change the oil, give her a bath and vacuum the inside out.

Then some serious yardwork for dad and some hw in there somewhere.
