nope, there is no way that came from ford like that. if it had, it would have at least had dually adapters and matching wheels in the front

toyota made a 4cyl dually, and dad had a toyota 4cyl in ffa that he hauled more with than the people that had duallys. its just how you use, it might not be fast but it will get it going

all of the mini trucks had a conversion like that available before they actually had an extended cab from the factory, just as 4wd conversions before factory 4wd
