would anyone trust this one?

What kind of part is it a cam position sensor (just a guess given your year and engine size)? Your links keep going to a store locator. You can try to link it from a manufacturers page and that might give us a better idea of what you're after. Generally Napa is going to have better parts than autozone because of the brand names they carry and the fact that their employees are trained well, so that you get what you need the first time, which make your buying experience better too.

Yes. My truck only has 45K, I'm just planning ahead because as we all know, that it's not IF it fails, but WHEN. Just trying to see if there are any out there that is as good as the Motorcraft one but at a lower price.

i finally was able to view the part youre inquiring about (that web site sucks ballz), but in my opinion since you still have a while before its an issue, you should just start saving up for the motorcraft unit. if you replace it at say 100,000 mile with another OE unit you can logically expect to make it to 200,000 miles without incident. since the dorman units and other brands of the like have a reputation for premature failure i would just safeguard myself by buying OE.

I've ran into this issue with my other vehicle which is a '97 Taurus. I got a CEL around 160K, the code: CMP sensor. I was lucky, it was just the sensor itself that needed to be replaced. 2 years later and no issues.
