Default Exhaust Gasket? Where to find this part?

The long story is that my 1999 Ranger 3.0l flex had an oil leak, still does, and we tried to fix it by changing both the oil pan gasket and the rear main seal. Something still leaks, possibly the rear main seal. Anyways, I can get those parts with ease. I'm having trouble locating what I think is called an exhaust pipe flange gasket. I've been to three different parts houses and they keep showing me this circular gasket and what I removed from between the exhaust and the catalytic converter was oblong like a pill. Round on the ends but straight across the sides. Ended up using a liquid gasket but since I have to dig back in to try to fix the leak a second time, I'd like to go back with the right part. Any ideas on what this part is called and where to find it?

Have you tried NAPA? I usually get the right stuff from them.

Then again, I'm usually smarter than the guys at the counter and have to teach them about what I'm looking for.
