2001 ranger lowering kits

hi! my name is louis and i have a 2001 ford ranger edge v6 3.0L manual transsmision, please i need to know where could i find spindles and lowering leaf spring for my ranger i wanna keep it with the original suspension i'll be very thankful with any help thank you!

No drop spindle for the Ranger, you'll need to either get coils or the lowered a-arms.

Drop leaves are easy. I have ChassiTech and just about anyone makes them for these trucks. Shop around on those for the best price.

do you think that the djm suspension kit "2/3 inch ranger kit" comes with what i need? I dont want to lower my truck to much! thank you for your reply

That kit comes with 2in drop coils and a flip kit for the rear. It will drop your Ranger to give you a nice stance, but almost... almost... everyone ends up wanting to go lower, so I would recomend the 4/5 drop, comes with upper and lower control arms, and a axle flip kit for the rear, get the bolt in c notch, and a good set of drop shocks and you should be satisfied.

But if you are not wanting to go to low, I guess, the 2/3 drop will work nice for you. Just remeber to get some goo drop shocks.

Also if you are only wanting to go with a 2-3 in drop, why not cut a coil out of the front springs, and flip the rear spring hangers ? Nets you a good 2in drop all around, and with a good set of drop shocks you would be satisfied. Total cost of that would be : about $20 for the grade 8 bolts, and about $75 or so for a good set of drop shocks.

Well i just want lower it that much cause i got an atv and y have to pass to a bad road and if i had the 4/5 my car will suffer to much but thanks anyway for the help now that i know i'm gonna buy it thank you for your help i'll send pics before and after i put the drop kit!!!
