Default few questions

1. I looked on the tag on the the inside of the the door and underneith axle it says "44"..what does that mean?
2. Are all four wheel bearings the same? or are the inner and outter different?
all help is appreciated

What vehicle? I'm guessing your talking about a front axle. We need more information.

The four bearings in the front are the same part I think. The two for the rear wheels are very different. You do have a total of 6 wheel bearings though. 2 outboard on the front, 2 inboard on the front, and 2 in the rear axle.
