Default spacer question

Im doing the steel washer coil spring lift on my ranger. When i unhooked the shock and sway bar, the i beam refuses to come down and the coil spring will not come undone, i followed the instructions in the tech library, but is there something missing to bring the suspension down. Thanks for the help in advance!

You twist it to 'unlock' it from the tabs in the coil bucket.

Don't pry it...those tabs are there to keep the coil secured. You don't want them bent. Twist it out as mentioned above.

You can use your foot and put pressure on the hubs to help the axle droop some.
