Not at all. This is a new take on the old resistors that used to be sold as chips. Will definitely NOT live up to claims or be worth the money. You can get the same effect with a $1.00 resistor from radio shack.

All the claimed gains are "up to". meaning that if you have an extremely modded engine you can see those results. Engine chips normally net about 3-5 hp and 1-2(maybe) MpG. A factory engine wont see alot of gains, definitely wont see any seat of the pants hp. The best thing to do is complete whatever mods your gonna complete then get a flashtuner such as SCT xcal 3 or 4. This way your tune can be changed as your mods change, its selectable, you can store the factory tune , and reset the device for the next vehicle if you choose to trade up. Your best mods are gonna be pulleys, intake exhaust, gears, and if you really wanna dig in a sweet port polish job on the heads and matching ports.

Yea they work great.
As a sinker for my baited hook. Don't even waste the time. You would be better off just buying gas with the money you would waste on that POS.

dude...anything that says "MSRP$399.99 Your Price: $69.00" is a total waste of time. Just looking at that..you know they're full of crap.
Probably made by the same people that pushed the "tornado" pile of garbage for your intake tube.

If this was achievable with this chip, wouldn't Ford have done it from the factory? It's not like the Powerstroke where you can mess with turbo settings.

This chip is junk. Just the fact that it allegedly installs in the IAT line tells me that it's junk. It'll probably make the engine run like crap too.
Probably not. Looking at where it installs and the claims they make (particularly about MPG) I'd guess it tends to lean the air/fuel ratio. That would pretty much trash the emissions quality. NOx is the only actual toxic component of the exhaust. It's only produced at temps above 2500* F. Gassers run hot when they are lean.
