I seen a ranger at school the other day that had Coils and I beleive it was a 99' and you could tell the guy fabed them there.
Anyone know how to put coils on a 99 ranger since i have torsion bars, and will they give you some inches?

Maybe you saw the RCD suspension lift available for '98up 4x4s?
This kit replaces the torsion bars with a coilover shock assembly. Of course with enough time & money, you could fab up just about anything however.
