Default Going from Lima to Duratec

Is it worth dumping my 2001 Lima 2.5 to a Duratec 2.3? Thi 2.5 is really gutless!!!! I want a bit more power without too much suffering at the pump....

Sure its worth it, If you are looking for a new vehicle anyways and want a small truck again the newer rangers are the most fuel efficient and economical trucks out there. They do accelerate better and feel more peppy to drive than the limas however still nothing to write home about. I frequently tow a 2000lb boat and motor with my 08 b2300 (be sure to use a good launch ramp). However if your truck is still in great shape and reliable it may not be a big enough step up to justify the purchase. So i guess it depends what you are looking for. Hope it helps!

Cheers,
Andrew
