I need advice if a 2008 4.0 liter and auto will fit into a 1991 ranger that has a 3.0 liter and auto. Both trucks are complete as far as computers, wiring harness, etc. Both are ext. cab, reg box, 2 wheel drive models. Any tips and advice would be appreciated. Any problems i might run into? Thanks

Thanks for the help.
My other option is installing a 2007 3.0 and auto in place of the 1991 3.0 and auto. Would this 3.0 swap be a direct bolt in? Could the 1991 computer and wiring fit and simply plug into the 2007 engine? Again, thanks to the ranger people for your experience and expert advice. |
