Hey everybody,

Been lurking around the site a while now, thought id drop in and say hello. I dont own a Ranger yet but im currently looking for the right truck to surface. im in to the first and second generation Rangers (83-92), love the body style those years. Checked out a few trucks around where i live but havent found the right one yet.

YAHOO! finally found MY truck :yahoo:

its a 90' 4x4 std cab. paint is blue and has some fading and peeling but nothing too bad. interior is a little beat up but it will be alright for now.

do they make seat covers for the 40-60 bench seats?

i'll try and get some pictures up soon after i give her a bath :D

I'll have to post a picture of the bed, they put a canopy on it the day they bought it new and never took it off until they put it up for sale.

yes it does say Lariat. I thought that Lariat was a luxury trim option but there isn't much luxury going on here. So what makes a Ranger a Lariat?


After spending some quality time with my truck I have come to a conclusion that she has been in a wreak. which was not mentioned by the guy that sold it to me. As you can see (which became painfully obvious to me when i noticed it the first time) the decals are supposed to continue up to the wheel well. The door and front panel have been replaced. i found a tag from the wreaking yard up in the fender. :annoyed:

Hope that asshole feels good about taking advantage of a first time buyer.

I have bought a few wrecked vehicles and they were all fine. Hell my last ranger had a salvage title and I loved that truck, it performed perfect.
