well of course here in wonderful NY rust destroys everything. so in an effort to save my truck, i spend an hour patching up some body rot, nothing big, this is the second of 3 spots i need to tackle. then this summer i'll be doing my hood, gas cover, and tailgate.

this isn't the spot i painted, i forgot to get a before picture, this is the one i still have to paint. but you get the idea.

and Done. you cant see it as obviously from a distance, it isn't really meant to look good. just stop the rusting process.

my next project, besides my slave cyl. is to buy a new grille. guess where my dumbass cousin decided to push when i got stuck this winter? (my 4x4 was busted.)

and what color should i paint my new grille once i get it? it'll be a junkyard one. i'm thinking chrome, or black. any opinions?
