Plated end of frame with 1/4"





Cut the Harbor Freight winch plate to fit.

only one little suggestion....maybe a brace running at about a 45 degree angle from the front of the frame horn to where the upper tube meets the stinger.....

and does the fairlead interfere with the bottom tube???

also, love your bender base....that is cool :icon_thumby::icon_thumby::icon_thumby:

I'm going to add more to it but ran out of time for now. I made that bender about 4 years ago.
turned out good greg...ours will be pretty similer....is that 1.5?

You're going to love that winch. I have the same one and it's got some serious balls.
Looks good. I just have always wondered why people do a full weld on tube bumper. It's gonna be a pain to paint and a pain to fix it you bend it.

It's the harbor freight air over one. Don't really remember what all I changed, it's just slightly different .

Thanks. They're slow but work good . I've done bolt and weld on bumpers and I prefer weld on. Maybe I'll Post some of my other work.
