Looking Good, I am doing the exact same thing to my 94 ex cab in my build thread in my sig. I will definately be keeping an eye on your progress. By the way, the hardest part so far for me has been getting the stock Pitman arm off

Thanks man I just started the lift last night today I'm going to install the front end parts
I picked up the Brake lines from parts store It might be close to done today I don't think I got everything I need yet brake wise I think I need a three way and some fittings still And a new tie rod

Well you are getting stuff done way faster than I have been able to, but I have to deal with tons of rust, yours doesn't look to bad.
I just broke both brake lines the day before yesterday, today I just bought all new brake lines for the front. Autozone has the 3 way piece, but you will need a male/male adapter to go into the "T" piece and the extended brake lines, at least thats how my skyjacker extended brake lines were.
I ended up getting all new drag links and TRE's, I didn't want to but they weren't in great shape to begin with... and sometimes I get carried away with the 3lb baby sledge :icon_thumby:

Thanks for the info I torched the piece out off the Stock pitman arm It was the only thing left holding the front in and I wanted it out lol so that cost me 40 bucks or so this morning plus the lines I need to get the t and a few fittings then and I need a Key way I think not sure yet for the alignment

Did older model 4x4 rangers come factory with worn hubs? Cause my 83 has them.

Nice build BTW!

I'm not sure they did I think some one installed them Unless it was a special order from the factory

Nice truck! Mine is identical only '93.

How did you get the strpes off?

Oh and more pics pleeze!

the older model 4x4 rangers did not have "Warn" brand hubs (Warn could have made them, but they didn't say Warn on them). My 84 4x4 has manual hubs but they are OEM and don't say "Warn"

That's weird, mine says warn on the hub turn knob?? I thought it was factory, but maybe not?

Awesome work, looks like its coming along. It's about 5:50am and I am just headed out to attack the pitman arm.

Just take a few steps at a time let the pressure build up then put more on if you use a torch watch the bottom seal on the gear box
