Loss of brake pedal

My front brakes were just done with new rotors and bearings. When driving down the road and trying to stop there is no pedal inless you pump the pedal. Also seams like brakes arent stopping as well as they should. Any ideas

did you also replace the calipers? if not did you pump the pedal up before you took off?

The brakes were done over 6 months ago. I know what your talking about though

If you have to pump the pedal it could be air in the lines... which would be odd, since the problem started suddenly... Or it could be something leaking out. Have you checked to see if you are low on brake fluid? Might want to check on that, if you are look at the calipers and wheel cylinders to see if they happen to be leaking.
