Its the Ranger Europe has had for a few years. And mexico... and everywhere but the USA. We can't get them because the safety ratings or the emissions from the turbo diesels.

I was shocked that Ford used a timing belt in that 2.5L diesel that is offered. I wonder how long that is going to last. I see that Ford is going to put a separate tank for urea in the 2011 F-series diesels to meet emissions.
