ok i hate this shit people are taking good cars in to get a computer controlled pic of shit!! i had to go to the ford dealer for a part. i pulled up and got out walked not even 4 steps and i here a guy say ill give u 800.00 on trade if for that. I told him to take his new cars and shove it. then he had the balls to fellow me and bug me more. He kept saying that my truck was a pice of shit and i need to trade in for a new one. I finally told him if he didnt leave me alone i was going to talk to his boss. then he left me alone.i walked out and i see them pouring that shit into a blazer. i just shook my head and left.

Jesus, ANOTHER C4C thread? This program ended what, 3 months ago and we're STILL talking about it? Yeah yeah yeah, it was a huge waste, a lot of perfectly good vehicles got destroyed for no good reason, it didn't actually help the economy or the environment, it was a wrong thing to spend taxpayer's money on, did more harm than good, BLAH BLAH BLAH. WE KNOW. It's all been said before. No need to start another thread and say the same things for the billionth time.

I'm mad... but not just cause people threw away perfectly good cars for perfectly good cars. Because I can't salvage parts off the old ones! Not even a bumper?!? WTH? your gonna crush it anyways?

It depends on the yard. Some are lazy and just smash the whole think. But places like pull-a-part have all the C4C in one spot and you just can't have the frame/engine block (and a few other small things) but everything else is free game.
