fog light help

i have a 96 ranger with what look like the harness to hook up foglight but i don't have a fog light on my truck or the switch in the cab and i would like to know how hard would it make that harness work for fog lights and what do i need besides fog lights then selves and i know i need switch which i got !!!

for factory fog lights you have to have the relay for the fogs it goes in the fuse block under the hood, and as far as the switch goes i have no idea how to wire it in, i have after market fogs on my 93 and used my own wiring harness, and switches.
