Well I have been working on the front end of my ranger for a while now. And now it is finished!!!
The front of the truck used to look like this...
With a lot sanding and a little fab, I gave my truck a new face.
The first few pictures is of the light bar. I welded a piece of metal to the bar and then used a bolt to attach it to the frame. Now it doesn't sit so much lower than the bumper. I also lightly sanded the bar a put a fresh coat of paint on it. I also used some black diamond plate aluminum and riveted it the the back of the lower bar. This was to make sure that no rocks wold hit the ac condenser.
The next few pictures are of the bumper being primed. I first sanded the chrome finish on the bumper to put some deep scratches in it. I then used Dupilicolor Self Etching Primer. I then finished it up with the Dupilicolor Black. The pictures are of the primer.
And Lastly the finished product!!!
