this is the link to delta cams these guys know 2300ohc motors well. I know them and trust them. they also have a mustang circle track car that has a stroked 2.3 and it makes good power. John bodwell also used to own a 4 banger ranger that flew. I have seen some post about performance stuff for these motors so I thought I would add this link here.
