Default well its been great. thanks for ur info.

this site was alot of help to me. i really was looking forward to the 10 ann. but im selling the ranger and starting an adventure. i will be going to alaska for a week. then im gonna backpack across america. u may hear about me one day. but i will be keeping up to date info about my adventure on my myspace and outdoorbasecamp website. u can look me up by "backpacking america" on both of those site. if u become a member of outdoorbasecamp, please let them know i refer u. anyway, thanks again everyone and take care

hey thanks alot guys. well i just got my cdl and i was looking for work. but i figure hell, im 23, i have no kids or bills. i dump my g/f of a 1.5 years. so i have nothing holding me here. im on unemployment and before i start a career. i want to enjoy myself and the great outdoors. i dont want to chase a pay check and have bills yet. yes i did see the movie "Into The Wild." i have the same views on life as Chris McCandless. he inspired me greatly. thats why im going to the magic bus in alaska first. i wanna pay respect to him.. than im going to hike and raft the redwood forest. always want to see a redwood tree. than im going to oakland Ca. to start my way across america an the discovery trail.

Keep in mind that most of the folks that live here in Alaska think McCandless was a moron. He basically comitted suicide. Please don't do what he did. That said, the bus is out there and easy to get to. Quite the walk if that is what you have in mind. Pretty country.
