so i want to make a snorkel and i kinda dont know what i want it to look lik anyone got any pictures and tips to help out with building one. i saw the ones in the tech library and read about them. any things that i should watch out for when making one and can i buy one that would fit my 87 ranger? thanks for any help

At the top of the page is a search button. There are alot of threads on this topic. The closest one to fittingis one off of an older Lanndcruiser, im sure it says wich one in the tech library. But other than that your on your own, there is no specific kit for our trucks.

yea thats kinda what i thought i didnt really find much out there for the rangers at all

I remember seeing somehwere a european company made a snorkel kit for 95+ explorers wich wouldnt help you much. But im not sure where I seen it. It may have been over on explorerforum.com.

Total cost was under 150.00 and that included a 3 1/2" holesaw. Look at what you want and start doing a lot of planning/figuring things out. Measure a lot also......
