i an finially getting my new rear bumper. me and my dad started working on it last weekend and are hopfuly going to finish it this weekend. i will post pics of it soon. it is really bulit proof too.
If by "built proof", you mean not able to build, then you're exactly right.
Honestly, it looks well built, just of poor design.
And I only say this because I know that ranger will haul more than that bumper is safe to handle.
honestly the picture does not do the bumper justice cause with that bumper i have towed more than a ranger has any business towing. Specs of bumper the tube is .120 wall 1.5" diameter bird mouth where it attachs to the c chanel which is boxed in the weak areas and attached to the frame by 8 half inch grade 8 bolts. So far i have towed a 16 ft fishing boat, 4x8 trailer with 1200 lb guad on it, chopper box full of fresh silage estimated weight 2 ton and a wagon full of square bales.
