people said the same thing about having a "black" president in the united states. guess what obama is in office, so i'd say nothing is 100% exept death and taxes.. :icon_confused:

That is freaking absurd!!!

I do not see how they could do that. Even if that law came to action, there is no way I would follow it. They are out of thier minds if they think people will willingly follow that. Maybe the treehugging enviromentalists who try and make these laws should quite driving thier SUV's with 2 people, to the Wildeness to hike for a day! We should make them wear their sandals all day every day, even while they go hiking. Kind of the same concept (one product doesn't work for everything) I bet they would want thier hiking boots back. If you made anybody with large tires use stockers, they would want thier offroad tires back!

Sorry, the types of politicians just really make me mad!!!

Damn hippies. One of these days I am just gonna secede my trailer house and lawn ornament trucks and form my own damn country. I will have to import food, water, and other supplies until I get my farm to the point that it's self sufficient, but I figure the way things are going I will be able to export my garbage to the neighborhood kids so they can burn it and extract valuable metals.

Wow. Just wow. That's possibly the dumbest thing that I have read in a long time. there is no way this would pass. When are politicians going to stop coming up with bandaid fixes and look at long term solutions.

yeah but were not talking about a presidency, the aftermarket auto industry grosses billions upon billions every year and id be willing to bet that the men and women who control those companies who make 50 million dollars a year care more about that money than they do the skin color of the president

This is in Oregon nonetheless? I mean, I really figured our state would be the LAST one to try to pull this BS... I could shove a big block in my ranger, run it open header with freakin leaded gasoline enriched with bald eagle and spotted owl blood and no one would ever care. Then suddenly this bill is proposed? I mean... I'm stopping before I write a four page rant.

That bill can't ever pass especially now with the concerns of job losses, too many people earn a living in aftermarket parts to let something like this happen.

i bought a "race computer" header, down pipe(cat eliminator) indy intake manifold, mpx 60mm throttle body, and aem CAI for my 02 neon. it still gets 34 mpg, so what is the problem?

Isn't that what we always do across America?

We always just "patch" everything. We never actually fix a issue.

I would love to see the day that we actually took the time to fully fix something.

Perfect example... our roads in Minnesota are like falling apart, they make me wanna beat someone down.
