Hi , my cousin roll his 1991 ranger and we have a 1992 ford explorer 4 doors for parts, Im wondering if it the front windshield will fit the ranger?

No, different front glass and mounting for it. Ranger will fit Ranger, Explorer fits Explorer. Not too sure about the BII though.
