I have a 1993 Ford Ranger and i was wondering if it had a GEM module and if it is located next to the radio because i am in the process of puttin in the overhead console from an Explorer .

so i cant hook up the speed sensor wire so my temperature gauge will freeze... or is there another place i can hook it up to work?

Tap into the grey/black that runs to the PCM or the cruise control. It is the speed signal.
