Default manual to auto swap

what type of problems could i run into when I switch my manual to a auto tranny, any tricks tips ideas. I have a 1994 ford ranger 4.0

You need to make sure you get a Computer from an Auto truck, along with the tranny harness.

You will need the following parts:

- Auto transmission from a '94 4.0 (2wd or 4wd depending on what you have now)
- Auto steering column
- Auto 4.0 PCM
- Auto 4.0 starter
- 4.0 flex plate
- torque converter
- floor pan plate
- brake pedal assembly
- CPP jumper

There are probably other parts too.

sounds like a bad idea to me manuals are wayyyyyyy more reliable
