Default stock 01 torsion bars

im thinking my t bars might need adjusting and as a result an alignment. as a former jeeper (yeah i saw the light and with the help of a Ranger got pulled back into the goot trucks) im only familiar with springs. is there a way to tell if it needs a crank or what

i think its more of a personal preference of how you want it to look, if you want the front end to sit a little higher, then crank them up a bit. (or if it looks like the front is sagging too much i guess)

how rough is the ride if you crank it about 2 inches or so? Is there any way to mitigate that with say premium off road shocks?
