I am not sure if this has been posted before but what the hell . . .
I was looking for homemade metal forming tool plans and ideas when I came across this site where they have a how-to in building an intake and exhaust for a turbo on a 2.3 liter Ford.
So my first thought was - hey post is on TRS - someone might be able to use it - LOL.
