well allen i'll give it a try but i want to double check the cpu pinning as california could possibly have a few tricks hidden in the posey sniffin cpu from the ex(my current cpu is from maryland).
i'll be interested in any mileage differences too.my truck rarely goes over 3000 rpm's now(yay!,goodbye 2.9),a stronger bottom end might help mileage?or do they just run richer at low rpm's?=worse mileage?
Rick is your truck a 5 speed or auto?
I also have a 91 Explorer CPU for an auto.
my ranger and parts exploder are 5 speed trucks,neither would have made the cut with a slush box.why,were you thinking trade? i'm thinking i'll keep my second 4.0 set up for a swap into a samurai or sandrail turned tube buggy
