Smile Extended brake hoses

Reading through the TRS library about extended brake hoses, and the bottom entry from "Bob" has two part numbers.

Raybestos
BH 38622
BH 38623

These cross over to Autozone's Brakeware numbers:
70053
70054

These hoses are 26" long and replace the original front hoses.

Now I need to cut the brackets off (I do not know what vehicle these are for!!!), and get them on the 'Hog...

These just extend from the stockers?

How much do they extend?

You could possibly use those brackets to keep those lines out of the coil.

Stock hoses on my 90 Ranger 4x4 were 18". These replace them completly and are 26" long. The stockers were like limit straps with 6" of lift, so we needed longer. Don't have the scratch for stainless braided hose right now.

These are 26" long, and we will be moving the hard lines to behind the F250 shock towers we added. With all that, we are hoping there is enough length in the lines for all the extra wheel travel we added with extended radius arms.

Those brackets aren't crimped to the hose, they are GLUED!!!! And there won't be anything to bolt them too. I guess I'll just cut off as much of the bracket as I can and leave the rest as a sleeve of sorts.

They are chevy 1500, 2500 brake front flex lines. I'm running them aswell for extended lines, they're nice and long and cheap. I just yank the metal brackets off by hand or pry it open abit with a screw driver and they come right off.

I use the 2 piece ones from the tech library, have not had any problems. Can also use the top hose from the tech library to extend the rear hose as well.

I just have a "thing" about too many connections for fluids. Can't see adding more joints to leak. And I still need to move the lines to behind my F250 shock towers...

These lines will work for any Ranger?

How about a 94 4x4 w/ a 4.0? Or do they only work with the pre 93 model rangers?

I'll snap a picture of what I did with mine there. I'll post it later.
