Ranger in Cali

Hello,
I just bought an 85 Ranger 2wd 5sp so I could have something that gets better gas mileage than my F150. It has 117,000 miles on it and runs ok, its kind of rough right now, but I will start replacing sensors and vacuum lines soon and hopefully that will straiten it out a little. The body is strait with no rust, so a good paint job is in its future too.

Welcome to the forums. How's your car? When are you planning to buy the sensors? It's nice that you decided to buy this kind of vehicle. If you buy the sensors and vacuum lines, check some sites for it. I know there are some that could give you the best deals like JC Whitney and Autopartswarehouse.com.

Hey thanks, it will be in the next few weeks. Depending on the price I may get them all at once, I actually have to find out what I need first. Plus I want to start rebuilding the suspension too, it tends to wander a bit.
