Question Any Ideas???

Does anyone have any Ideas on how to get some desent cup holders in my truck, and a little bit of storage. I can't seem to find any consoles that will work in this. Any ideas will help. Below is a pic of what I'm dealing with. Keep in mind. The scanner can be moved...

Hmm, a lot of the rangers from the mid-90s on up had a small console up front that could probably be adapted to fit your truck.

Have you thought about switching to bucket seats and a center console? Not sure what years would swap right in, but the newer the Ranger, the more common it is to find buckets. Hit the junkyard and see what you can find locally.

Good Luck!

I have a console that sits in the middle seat that has two cupholders on the front and a cooler for storage and an armrest. Mine is a regular solid bench seat though.

My Ranger is not old; no one would call her old. She has a bluff bow, lovely lines. She's a fine truck: weatherly, stiff and fast... very fast, if she's well handled. No, she's not old; she's in her prime.

the little one you have between the bench and the shifter is exactly what i did for a while. after that, i cut out that center seat. after a set of seat covers, it looked like the truck came stock with buckets. link

Just switch to bucket seats then use a centerconsel outta an Exploder or Heep or something along those lines.

Sticks in my mind that the late 80's Taurus's had a dual cupholder that fit under the dash like that. Many have a blue interior as well - maybe you could make a junkyard run and find one in fair shape.
