This Ranger is my first vehicle. I bought it in April of 2015. 4.0, 5 speed, 4x4, and a LOT of miles. I've been wheeling a few times, nothing too serious.
This is how the truck looked when I got it

Mild Wheeling/ Poser "flex" (not really sure if it can be considered flex)

It's pretty much a street queen right now, but that should change here soon.

Nice truck. I dig the black headlights and the wheels.

Can't wait to see the lift being put on. Once it's all together we'll do a wheeling trip. :icon_thumby:

Awesome looking truck man! Cool to see some more Utah guys on here. Makes me wanna make more progress on mine... Darn daily driver.

Starting out with a clean, unmolested vehicle always makes for a better project

Update!

Alright guys, this thing has finally gotten some attention. Busy schedule so it's hard to find time for her some days. Anyways, this tear down ended up being a little more than just a lift kit (shocker, right?:shok:). I bought a superrunner steering kit knowing that the angles would be all out of whack, and I do plan on modifying the center link to drop it down to the correct angle:icon_thumby:. I also got some f250 shock mounts, figured I might as well do this right the first time :dunno:. Here's some pics for you guys:D

Fab work

Small update: the f250 shock towers are mounted, and the middle link of the superrunner steering has been lowered by 4". :icon_welder:

Looking good champ. You should get some good flex with those coils and radius arms.

Let me know how the steering works out; I am thinking about going the same route after I put my 6" coils in.

Almost there!

The ol' gal is back on her feet! I'm currently waiting for shocks and wheels, then she'll be cruising!
As for the steering: the angles look pretty good, but I welded the tab on backwards so I had to mount the steering arms from the front, instead of the back... rookie mistake I suppose :annoyed:

It is a 6" lift with 2" coil spacers in the front.

Looks really good man!

How's it flex? I'll be using those same coils on my truck, but with superlift brackets and custom radius arms.

Thanks man! I'll have to get some flexing pics tomorrow for ya :icon_thumby:
