Default electrical issues

anybody know what would cause an A4LD trans to downshift witht application of the right turn signal? the turn signal also knocks the cruise off. funny thing, doesnt do it every day, only most days. no constant

I would start by cleaning up every ground you can find. They are often shared among systems. Don't neglect the major ones, like Neg Bat to body, Neg Bat to block and frame to body. Also clean up the ones on the fender under the hood, etc.

2nd guess would be a bad multifunction switch.
