My passenger side window started having some fits a few months back, took apart the trim that holds the window switch in place, wiggled the switch/wires around and it worked again. Now it has stopped working again. I did the same technique I did before to get it working, and now it won't work, period.

Not even the driver's side switch works, so it can't be a switch. Would the window motor have finally bit the dust? And how easy is it to change out the motor?

A bad switch (or connection) on either side can prevent it from working. The normally closed side of the switch on the opposite side to the one that you are operating has to be good. If you check out the wiring diagram you'll see what I mean.

Followed the advice of some, took off the door panel to get to the motor, and gave the motor some taps with a hammer. Window works again! Guess down the road will have to look at a new motor. But hopefully this will fix it.
