2006 Ranger sport factory stereo play mp3?

I have a 2006 Ranger sport, Can the factory cd player of this truck play mp3 cds? I removed it when I upgraded my stereo. I was thinking about using it for my boat but only if it plays mp3s. I figured why should I waste money on a marine stereo when I have this sitting on the shelf just collecting dust.

okay awsome. The only thing now is I forgot that it's missing the harness. When I hooked up the new cd player I bought a harness kit to plug into the original harness. The the problem now is I can't use the old cd player without the harness.
Is there a diagram anywhere that can color code the wires? So I can take the harness out and use it for the factory cd player.
