What should i expect to pay for a D35?? either used or from a wrecker.

50-75 if you pull it yourself. 100-150 if they pull it for you. Thats just a guess.

Kinda depends on what gears it has in it, if your buying from a private party. Also depends on whether your getting it complete hub to hub or not. Anywhere from 70-100 is what I would expect to pay.

i went to the junkyard looking for one before and both the junkyards here quoted me 200 myself and 275 if he does it "canadian"

Were they U-pull-it yards or places where they pull it? most places will give high prices to people off the street and better prices to people that they know.

well....I sold mine for $400, and lost money doing it. Mind you it had new tierods, wheelbearings, hubs, brakes and all new 760 u joints etc.

Definately take the radius arms. It will be a pain in the ass to try to not take them. its just one nut at the back of the arms versuse fighting with two at the front of the arms.


Wahlstrom, thats an exception. most front ends at the wreckers might need all of that stuff you mentioned. maybe not immediately but the parts wont be new in any case.

Exactly, thats what I was attempting to point out....If you can purchase from a person, rather then a JY you may be able to find one with new parts on it. I sold it for more than JY price, but the guy still got a deal as it would have cost him more ( I have reciepts for $650) to buy them all and install later.

very true I actually work at a ford dealership and can get parts for a little more than cost and at the JY thatim going to has about 20 explorers so i'm gonna pick and choose the best parts from all of them
