About a year ago a guy a couple towns over was chasing a burguler out of his yard with a loaded shotgun, tripped on a wheelbarrow and shot the guy in the butt. No charges were filed.

It's so ridiculous... You can get arrested for shooting someone who's unarmed that's twice your size charging at you in your own home. I'm sorry I'd be in jail then.
