Default running rough

i have a 2000 ford ranger with 3.0 v6 flex fuel engine it runs rough at idle and then clears up once moving and is showing a misfire on cylinder 2 and 6 can't figure out what it could be please help

Check the coil. They sometimes crack and cause misfires.

Default I had a coil pack doing that

It had an 1/8" hole in the case that it talked trash through... I found it by watching in the dark...

the coilpack is made up of 3 individual coils. they are paired as follows
1/5,2/6,3/4.............replace the coilpack
