Posts: 613 Rep Power: 15 iTrader: (0)	93 tranny issue....I think I am buying a ranger,and the guy says the tranny is toast. From the tech forum, best guess is it's a M50D-R1. Sounds like the throwout bearing is going out, but he says it pops out of gear. I haven't driven it yet, so I cant tell you the extent of the problem, but is there a known problem with those transmissions? __________________ Only 2 defining forces have ever offered to die for you.....Jesus Christ and the American Soldier.
