Default Seats

I have access to a 1997 Contour and was wondering if the seats from this car would fit into a 95 Ranger?????

Yes, the seats themselves should fit. Unbolt them from the frames and then bolt them onto the frames of your Ranger. I suspect that the Contour seats are buckets and you would need the bucket seat frames for the Ranger.
