I wanna help out everyone here that isn't too internet savvy. Pictures can make your question get answered quicker and more accurately.
There are a lot of places that are 100% free to upload pictures. Many are account based, many are upload, copy the link and done, or both.
Let me start with a collection of image hosts that are 100% free and user friendly.
http://imageshack.us/
This is possibly the best one out there, simply upload the file and it will then bring you to a page to select the code for either web pages in HTML, or forum code with options for thumbnail, great for a lot of pictures in one post, or large sized like the ones below. You can also upload by URL, so if a image on a website doesn't allow hot-linking you can upload it to them without downloading the image and uploading.
Uploaded with ImageShack.us
From there you can create an account and you can upload multiple images at once, store them for later.
http://Imgur.com
Another easy to use, but I find it to be a little slower because it is Reddit.com's(they're huge) main place for image uploading.
Works exactly the same as Imageshack, upload, and choose your code. You can also post to Twtter, facebook, etc afterwards.
They also allow multi image upload and grouping to a album. Also you can sign up for an account.

Another quick uploader, down side is they use Captcha, which is the weird word code you have to type out, so it's a little slower and you can't always read and punch the word in wrong and have to reselect your file and start over.

Last of the best, requires an account to start. I don't personally use them. They tend to "lose" images.
