I'm at the beginning of a big, a long transformation of my Ranger. I've got a stock 2wd 02 Supercab automatic 3.0.
First, pretty soon here I'm going to put in a 3" Fabtech spindle lift and 15 MB wheels with 31" BFG AT's. Next after that I'm going to put in some tow hooks, given I dont have 4WD and as stupid I am I know I'll try doing things I just shouldnt do. The plastic fender on my truck goes pretty far down, far enough down that I wouldnt be able to put tow hooks in, without connecting a tow strap and having it come tight against the plastic fender. I was thinking of going to a juck yard and getting a fender off an old FX4 Ranger with the cut outs and taking the tow hooks too. Would any one know if the plastic fender off an FX4 Ranger fit onto my stock '02 model? Thanks, -Mike |

I don't see why not, but why don't you grab the whole bumper instead? It'll save time and you'll have a spare.
