Anybody know the factory spec for ground to center of fender???

i forgot to measure before adding my "home lift kit" and i'm trying to get a rough idea of my lift height. Anybody know what it would be sitting on 235/75/15? front and rear height ? Or a way i can figure out my aproximate lift? Thanks in advance
 
I was wondering the same a while back. I'm at 36" in the front with 4" lift and 30"s
 
Me too.

With my fenders being radiused this measurement won't help my tho, I would prefer ground to bottom of the door on a factory ride height BII..... :D
 
I parked beside one on stock 215's the other day and didn't think about it. All I noticed was holy crap mine looks huge beside it
 
i'm sitting at 35.5" on the rear and 34.5" in the front and that's with rotten body mounts. on 235/75/15.


My front lift has made my camber majorly out. I've put on camber top ball joint bushings and its still not enough at full adjust. I'm getting 1 1/8" difference on the front wheels (top 1 1/8" further out than bottom side of tire)

So i'm wondering if i'm past the SAFE 2" lift
 
I writ, yes writ, it down somewhere when I did my SAS, but **** me if I know where. It's probably somewhere real obvious too.

If you want to determine your true suspension lift you need to measure from the center of your hub to the bottom of the fender. I am currently at 26" from center of hub to fender and 25" from rocker to concrete and 43" from concrete to bottom of the fender.:D

Just went out and did it for you guys. I got an 85 Bronco II with all stock suspension sitting on 235-75-15 tires.

Front Driver - 18 1/4 in

Front Pass - 18 in

Rear Driver - 18 1/2 in

Rear Pass - 17 1/2 in

This is from center of hub to lip of fender.

The stock ride looks to be from my numbers 18 inch from hub to fender.
 
I think a good spot is to the body line, that way it doesnt matter if you have cut rockers or fenders, and it doesnt matter if its a first or second gen.

Im at 46" to the body line on the front, and about 47" in the back. Thats with 5 inches of lift and 34's...

Thank you very much. Now I can say for sure that I'm running 7" of lift, no more "it's about 8", I'm not sure exactly though."
That makes me feel better, I thought I was closer to 9".

That has been driving me ****ing nuts.:icon_cheers:
