decided to make up some custom door panels. I got the passenger side one almost finished. Just needs hole cut out for speaker and some speakers covers, also need to pick up a bezel for the handle from the junkyard.

i used wrinkle finish black abs plastic sheeting and aluminum channel for the arm rest. all cuts made in the plastic with a dremel.

You need to round those corners on that channel in case you bonk yer headbone! I would drill holes on the inward facing leg too, make it look cool and shave weight like this OOOOoOOOO except progressivly large to small. Looks good though man.:icon_thumby:

i like it! definately round up those corners, look like elbow killers lol. whered you get the plastic sheeting?

ya,that was my first thought too.but i like the spartan look, kinda racey.

Nice but, round the sharp corners, or get some band-aids!

i got the sheeting from http://www.interstateplastics.com/. and yea that sounds like a good idea to round the corners ill have to do that when i make up the drivers side panel. also i was planning on putting and aluminum strip across the bottom of the panel.

not too shabby...not my taste tho. what year is the truck? wish mine was that easy to do:
