On my wife's '04 F150 whenever the truck is put into reverse the back up alarm shuts itself off. I unplugged/replugged in all sensors and checked the #18 fuse but everything seems ok. Anybody else have this problem or know where I should look next?

Pretty common. Probably a bad sensor but you really need a scan tool to tell you which sensor is bad. Not sure if any aftermarket scanners can check it but the Ford IDS will let you monitor the sensors.

Thanks, thats kind of what I thought. The truck is booked in tomorrow for a factory service anyways, I just hoped there was something obvious or simple I could try before paying them to look at it.
