you loosen 1 side and remove the other, and dont worry about seperating it, take a drill bit 1/2 inch i believe and drill the mount out, then place in the order from bottom top, bolt, washer, rubber mount, frame mount, hex washer, rubber mount, spacer, radiator support, special nut

I feel very embarrassed asking this but could you please post a picture of what the 4 cab mounts should look like as well as the radiator.
I've done your way as well as stacked it on top of the rubber and my trucks pin striping didn't match up and I was and inch or so above my bed and the beds already lifted, I'm sorry if there's any confusion but the closest I've got to having my pin stripe close was from bottom to top bolt rubber mount frame lift mount and that's it |

ok here is how you get them out if they arnt rusted together, basically there is a nut built into the bottom flange on the to side of the mount, so you have flange, rubber, flange, frame, nut flange, rubber flange
what you need to do is to hold the top portion and then back the bolt out, the way i did it was soak it in pb blaster or something simmilar to help break down the rust. then i drilled two holes in the top flange and used a motorcycle flywheel holder and it came apart just fine |

ok i got the front mounts out but ive ran into the problem about the blocks.
any way i put the blocks its either lower or higher than the pin striping on my bed. Perfect example. oem setup bottom to top would be nut washer lock, then bushing, then frame, then bushing and top lock then bolt in the cab. i jacked my cab up slid my block on top of my mount not messing with anything on all 6 and the truck sat about 2 and a half inches higher than the bed. then i took the block out and removed the top bushing and just used the block in its place and tighetened that down to get it about an inch lower than the pin striping. where am i going wrong? this is getting nerve racking being this has been a week long project. if it isnt too much to ask could you take a picture of your cab mount setup as well as your radiator mount setup and post it please i dont see what im doing wrong here and its driving me nuts |
